Process
How an engagement works
- Scope. You tell us about the property or project and what you need to know. We confirm the scope of work.
- Document review. We review the documents you provide, such as drawings, specifications, applications for payment and earlier reports.
- Site visit. We visit the site and record what we observe, with photographs.
- Written report. We deliver a report that separates what we reviewed, what we observed and the questions that remain open.
Our work rests on the documents provided to us and on visual observation. Reports state our observations and opinions; they are not a guarantee of the work or of future performance.
