Typical Scope of Work:
- Review previously prepared reports and available original construction documents.
- Interview facility personnel regarding current facility issues and past maintenance and capital expenditures.
- Perform a site visit to visually assess the site, pavements, building exteriors, interiors, structures, fire protection, and MEP systems.
- Perform a limited Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance survey.
- Interview local building officials regarding outstanding building, zoning, and fire code violations.
- Prepare written report with an associated opinion of repair costs and accompanying photographic documentation.
