Typical Scope of Work:

  • Perform cursory review of available renovation documents including tax credit application, third-party engineering and environmental reports, drawings, specifications and other provided documents.
  • Perform site visit to observe representative conditions.
  • Assess design documents relative to observed conditions and required tax credit application criteria.
  • Prepare written report summarizing site observations and review of provided documents. Assess project scope and design relative to observed on-site conditions. Provide opinions regarding the proposed project scope, schedule, and budget. Create “follow-up” list of discrepancies noted for further clarification by the design team.
